As a mum of three, TIME IS PRECIOUS!
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day. I know that the exhaustion is real from the lack of sleep and constant things that need to be completed throughout the day. IS IT WORTH IT? When we take a step back, are we prioritising what we need to? Are we stuck in a rut? I have found since putting pen to paper and visualising my week, I have started to find a balance when juggling motherhood, home making and self care.
